The Brandisty website has prepared an interesting infographic presenting the most popular colors of application icons for iOS 7 from the top 5 of each category of the App Store. In general, the most popular colors are shades of red, purple and orange. Before designing your own application icon, take a look at the color palettes below. For the purposes of the AdReaction 2014 study, Millward Brown surveyed 12,000 people in 30 countries around the world, including Polish users for the first time. Below we present global and local results for Poland only. On a global scale, the smartphone wins as the most commonly used screen type. Due to the wide range of applications during the day, smartphones are a good tool for building a sense of relevance and differentiation of brands, as well as creating trends.

These were users from the multiscreen users group, using more than one device equipped with a screen. The interviews were carried out using smartphones or tablets.
